Early 2022, in January and February, I couldn’t really cre- ate, being stuck and struggling so much. In order to put my- self back doing art, I started a small 4”x4” painting project from 2/24/2022.

I painted freely, not to get myself any major pressure or struggle for subject matters. Most of them are based on what I face in everyday life, as I included “Journal” in the proj- ect title. Every three to four days, I tried to come up with one panel and was done with

it on 12/23/2022. At the end, I got 112 paintings total.
